limited access for some but not all?

I understand that those who have not paid be a member are only able to access to games every 12 hours...but since I have paid I come across unpaid players who have three or more games in a row. How is this possible?

I looked up one player who has played 2800 games since joining in mid May. That averages out at over 20 games per day.
Yet he/she hasn't paid a subscription. !!!!!!!!!

I paid because I like to give something back to those providing me with a service but other players seem to get the same access for free.

Or have I misunderstood the system?

when they created this site, they didn't have the game limits in place. So for the first month or two, everyone had unlimited games.

those that where here from the starting of the site are granted bonus full accounts until further notice by sudokuking from the active user outcry against the move as we feared the site active user content would falter and be just as it was when this site first started (hours and hours for 1 game waiting periods).
