Server Maintenance

Today we are moving Speed Sudoku to a new server. Actually, I just finished moving over the database (which caused 15 minutes of downtime - sorry to anyone affected!) and the domain www.speedsudoku.com will begin pointing to the new server sometime over the next 24 hours.

I don't expect any more disruption, but there is always a risk of problems when you change the server.

I'll be on the lookout!

I have seen some weird stuff today and last night. I'm hoping this gets resolved as the new server's DNS is updated with everyone's ISP.

First off - the solve % does not show for all the players within a game. I'm guessing this is due to the scripts being ran on differnet servers for different players.

Second - I was just in a game - when the playing field was full - instead of the screen simply showing a green "Join Game" button - my screen refreshed back to the play page with all the games looking for players. I simply went to => Player/Play and was able to go into the active game.

Also - within this game - player Renegadrian said he was having some serious problems of having to start over in the middle of the game. It seems as if he was forced back to the play page while in the middle of a game!

I'm also having trouble. Every once in a while in the middle of a game, I get kicked out and get a message server not found. If I hit the back button I can get back into my game by all MY numbers are erased and I have to start over but none of the other players' numbers are erased. This happened to me three times in the last hour. (September 28th)

I'm having the same problem.

It happen to me at 5-6 time today. (Server time out, wait for 10 seconds) or window preventing script.
No responding if refresh hit.
Please advice.
