Sudoku is a logic-based number-placement puzzle. The objective is to fill a 9×9 grid so that each column, each row, and each of the nine 3×3 boxes contains the digits from 1 to 9 only one time each.
You start off with a partially completed grid, and every sudoku puzzle has a unique solution that you can find without guessing.
As the name Speed Sudoku suggests, on this website your goal is not just to solve the sudoku puzzle, but to solve it as quickly as possible.
Start with the easy sudoku puzzles, and then move on to the harder ones.
Very few players complete sudoku puzzles only by writing in the final numbers! Make "pencil marks" by filling a cell with all possible values. This will help narrow down possibilities later on.
Always double check before placing a number.
Never guess! Only make moves based on logical deductions.
Here is a series of videos designed to help new players get introduced to sudoku.
